America~!
I haven't updated in a while so I guess I'll do this in two parts~ First is my trip to America~!
Last month I got to visit my friends (AiShizaya and FuckingSushi) in America where I had just the most amazing time. For once I feel like I actually spent a decent amount of time (although it was never going to be enough) with them. They totally spoiled me with presents and taking me wherever I wanted to go.... I feel really lucky. I got to go to all the shops I wanted and do things that we have been talking about for years! They took me to Harry Potter world and I got to see the expansion!!! Riding the Hogwarts Express was the coolest thing! I also went crazy and bought whatever I wanted.... probably blew a month's pay there. Thanks to Callie for letting us crash at her's! I think I got about three hours sleep but that's my own fault.... I was just really, really excited to be going to HP world (secretly four-years-old).
Metrocon was really awesome! I got to cosplay Attack on Delivery (as Jean) which was total trash but Cosplay America must have liked it because they shared it and the photo has over 2500 likes on fb. Sushi and Fork designed the gear and based the shirts off a tumblr design.... it's honestly the weirdest cosplay I've done but it was crazy popular XD I'm sad that I'll never get to do it again (still have the shirt though!). It actually placed third in the hall contest!! There's a photo and everything which I wanted Fork and Sushi to have because it's an awesome picture which I expect to be framed and put in their new apartment <3 they let me keep the medal XD I also got a wallet sized version of the photo which is on my wall now.... it wasn't meant to be wallet sized but can't argue with a printer.
Saturday I met up with Senra-Eclipse, Sabina and Crikey cosplay where we spent the day mostly stalking Parle and talking to fans, dressed in our Rev War cosplays. I was kind of overwhelmed by how many we met but I was really happy! Some we had met last year but most of them were new! One of the girls (she had painted her face silver) invited us to come sit with her friends which was super sweet and they were all really great dancers! The panels we went to were a whole lot of fun!! I really love cosplaying Rev War but having done it a few times this year I feel like we need a new USUK design... hmmm....
Sunday I was with a huge group as genderbent Disney Princes! I commissioned an Ariel cosplay and again these were wildly popular! We had a hard time moving around a lot because there were a lot of children who wanted their picture with us. The group was ridiculously attractive... I mean really, everyone looked so beautiful I could have cried. I wasn't sure that I would be able to join it but I'm so glad that I did (though I didn't get to try the costume on until I got to Florida)! We entered a contest and I got to meet Indra from Heroes of Cosplay! I know the show gets a lot of hate but she was just the nicest person, gorgeous and sweet. She really looked after everyone in the competition and was so excited by our costumes!
When I got back we had a photoshoot and the pictures turned out so well. I love them so much, I will cherish them. We cosplayed from a universe that we RP together and even did scenes that we'd written out. The photos are so beautiful! I'm not sure what to do with them, I love so many of them and I don't want to spam but like.... <3 they make me really happy. Fork and I also did a brief fawn make up shoot where I was a very tall Levi who had to crouch a whole lot~ those gifs are my favourite thing! Technically we dressed up as Attack on Delivery too.... but uhh.... got a couple of photos and selfies before changing xD
Leaving was really hard, I mean really, really hard. I didn't stop crying until I got home and then I cried some more and for the first week back I went out once in total.... heilei bought me a Bunny figurine which cheered me up a bit >U< <3 he's so pretty!!
The hurt never really goes away, I think we just sort of learn to deal with it. I have fun roleplaying and just chatting online, but the internet is never really going to be sufficient.
I can't thank them enough for looking after me. I'll never be able to.
Metrocon Take Two~!
I’ll be Jean from SNK on Friday, Rev War America Saturday and Male!Ariel on Sunday~! Most of my stuff is ready to go so hopefully there won’t be too much night before work….
I’m really looking forward to this holiday! I’ll be spending a lot of time with my friends who I hardly get to see despite talking to every day for the last four years or so…. We’re going to Universal studios and doing some awesome photoshoots! I’m finally going to get to do things I’ve wanted to do for a really long time. Flying makes me nervous but I’m really happy that I’m getting to see them again.
The flight without Senra will be interesting…. By ‘interesting’ I mean boring as hell, but hopefully I’ll get to do some CMV blocking and creative writing. When we get back we need to do filming, I feel pent up. Seriously hoping for inflight entertainment but I’m not banking on it.

Supanova and other things
Women’s literature means journal entry update! Hello again! It’s been two months and things have changed so I think it’s time to write about them.
University is well, it’s university. Women’s literature is actually a hella awesome course though, much as I like to complain. A few weeks back 
and I had a lecture on fanfiction, no joke. The emphasis was on KirkxSpock and self-inserting… she explained the theory behind malexmale in fanfiction and it makes so much sense. OH and I just finished writing my major essay on… wait for it…. TWILIGHT XD yes~ Twilight… I had to explain Freud’s theory of overdetermination and how consumption can account for its achievement. In other words, I had to talk about how lots of factors had one singular effect: the popularity of Twilight, and explain that it was largely because humans are shallow, greedy consumers…. Super fun :3
What even is my degree?
Cosplay update! Love Philosophia is so close! I literally need to just decorate the shirts, make Rumi’s tie and get some black socks and I’m done! Next major project is Elsa… but before then I’m going to have a go at making male!Ariel for Metrocon <3 I’ll be cosplaying with a huge group of people that I don’t really know which is scary (because they’re all amazing) and exciting! Not to mention I’ll get to hang out with my American friends again >U< <33333333 the wait is killing me slowly…
While working on Elsa I’m going to get a start on Blue Rose from Tiger and Bunny… and possibly a few other projects as well so that my sanity doesn’t deplete.
Senra and I will also be cosplaying Louis and Lestat to SUPANOVA which is going to be heaps of fun, but wow we need to start ordering things!
We’ve made a few more cosplay things which will go up soon I hope >U< filming with a friend who I hardly get to see was a lot of fun the other day, and I want to do more with her soon, though she’s a super busy person so I won’t get my hopes up ;u; she also fixed the coding on our tumblr which took her a couple of hours but omgosh it was so cool >U< I liked watching her work!
Uni, lamenting and cosplay
And then it was March and still no update…. I’ll get better at this, I swear.
Uni is back which is kind of lame but I have a few friends in my classes already including <3 ( 
one day I’ll join you at cofa!). I’m an English major so I have a lot of writing to do this semester… reading too I guess, but we will see how that goes XD. It’s funny though, I had no muse to write all holidays, but the minute uni started up I came up with so many ideas for a story I’ve been fleshing out for around two years… isn’t that always the way? Now all I want to do is creative writing and instead I’m writing about surrealism in Un Chien Andalou (okay, I complain about this but it was a super interesting topic TBH).
COSPLAY which I’m sure most of you are reading this for… I’ve almost finished Love Philosophia which you can see on our Demonswithtea FB page: www.facebook.com/demonswithtea… and I will start Elsa hopefully at some point this semester. I also will be cosplaying Lamento which looks like a lot of hot guy on guy action~!
Recently
and I have been obsessed with USUK in a Harry Potter universe and we are itching to get more of our friends involved in this! We would love to do bigger HP Hetalia CMVs!! And if you’ve read my rambling up until this point I’m sorry…. So I’ll give you a spoiler. The next CMV we’ll be working on is to a Michael Buble song and half of it was filmed in NY on the Empire State Building and near the Statue of Liberty…. We still have to film the second half of it, but hey, it’s USUK.

It's been a while...
Hi everybody! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year because I certainly did. Last year was one of the most intense years of my life in mostly good ways, but I hope this year is even better! I’ve made a lot of new friends and gotten closer to some old ones who hopefully I’ll be able to catch up with before uni starts up again in March…
I’m mostly here to advertise upcoming projects on Demonswithtea, which of course includes much more Hetalia as well as SNK, Avengers, Vocaloid and more~.
As for new costumes on my part I am currently working on Love Philosophia Miku which I should have completed by the end of the holidays. Also, I’ll be attempting to make (RWBY) White’s sword with a bit (most likely meaning a lot OTL) of help from
and her BF… ALSO if funds allow it I’ll be having my hand at making Elsa’s dress from the new movie Frozen… and possibly Legolas too, though again, that may turn into a commission. I’m really looking forward to this year~! I can’t wait for conventions and meet ups! <3
